Chris Blake brings to Community Solutions Southeast, LLC (CSS, LLC) more than 18 years of management experience. Chris has worked on a Senior Level in Retail Sales, Senior Level in the Rental Industry and most recently 4 years in Association Management.  Chris was a District Manager for a retail toy chain in Texas with included twenty-one (21) stores that reported to him. He then moved into the Rental Industry and was a Regional Manger over eight (8) properties that included Apartment Communities and Resorts in three (3) states.

Chris then decided to return to Wilmington, his roots, and found that the Association Management Industry is his niche. In early October 2006, Chris met with the Partners of CSS, LLC and decided that they all shared a common vision of the highest level of Customer Service and Support in the Industry. Chris has worked with as many as twenty-eight (28) Homeowners Associations and is well versed in the day-to-day needs and desires of different Boards. He has also begun the process of the professional designation PCAM through the Community Association Institute (CAI).  CSS, LLC looks forward to working with Chris and his contributions to create an organization focused on its customers needs.
