Deborah Spann is a Community Solutions Southeast founding partner since 2006.  Her role is to provide customer service, and day-to-day account administration, including overseeing accounts payable and receivable for all HOAs.

Prior to joining CSS, Deborah worked her way up through the ranks of a local communications company, providing coordination of day-to-day operations to support a mission-critical clientele (NHRMC, NHC Sheriff's Department, Wilmington Police Department, NHC EMS, just to name a few.)

Deborah's expertise also includes oversight of website development and design,  customer relations,  scheduling, bookkeeping, shipping and receiving and inventory management.

In addition, Deborah has served for many years on the Home Owner Association Board of Directors for one of the largest sub-divisions in New Hanover County. She has managed the design and development of one of the area's most comprehensive HOA community Web sites.
