Jerry Barnes is a Community Solutions Southeast founding partner since 2006.  His role is to provide accounting and tax services as well as other financial management tasks, such as bookkeeping and budget balancing, to all Home Owner Associations in the Community Solutions family.  With an eye toward efficiency and emerging technologies, Jerry inspires trust and confidence with each HOA board he serves.

Jerry has a strong background in accounting. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with more than twenty-five years of experience in his field.  His experience includes internal auditing for an international corporation, and ten years service as an accounting manger and controller. He was treasurer for 5 years in his church with an annual budget over $250,000.00. He also provided contract accounting services to one of Wilmington's largest Home Owner Associations before helping found CSS.

Jerry currently the accountant for the Thalian Association, the Official State Theater of North Carolina.
