Pay your HOA dues by Online VCheck. There is no processing fee for a Vcheck transaction. Please be sure to enter the HOA account number or HOA property address in memo field.

Pay securely online. CSS has partnered with Xpress-Pay to accept credit card payments. Click the button below and follow prompts. A 3% site fee will be added to transactions.

Credit card accepted by phone, call 910-799-9779 and the handling fee per transaction will be $14.95 plus a 5% processing fee will be added to your transaction. Or you can fill out the credit card form below and fax to 910-799-9981 and the handing fee will only be 5% processing fee to your total.

Option # 4
You may sign up for ACH Automatic Clearing House. This is where we would draft your Checking account each month between the 10th and the 15th. It can be Monthly, Quarterly, or Annually depending on your Association's payment plan. Please fill out the form and send in a voided check.
